How We Engage

Mandates are defined before work begins.

A Morillo Hudson engagement is structured to make scope, authority, economics and ownership clear from the outset. The objective is a controlled implementation, not an open-ended consulting relationship.

Engagement model

Defined before implementation.

Every mandate begins with a written scope, explicit decision rights and a clear handover position. The commercial and technical boundaries are agreed before the work enters the client's environment.

01 · Review

Institutional context

We establish the operating environment, existing constraints, relevant stakeholders and the specific outcome the engagement is expected to produce.

02 · Architecture

Written system design

The proposed architecture, controls, interfaces, scope boundaries and implementation sequence are documented before deployment begins.

03 · Validation

Controlled verification

Where practical, components are validated in isolated or parallel environments before they touch live operations. Acceptance criteria are explicit and reviewable.

04 · Handover

Operational ownership

Documentation, agreed source assets, access requirements and operating responsibilities are transferred according to the engagement terms so the institution is not left dependent on an opaque implementation.

Commercial principles

Clear terms. Controlled exposure.

The engagement structure is designed to reduce ambiguity on both sides and keep the client in control of scope, economics and ownership.

Scope

Written before work begins

Deliverables, exclusions, dependencies and acceptance criteria are documented at the outset.

Payment

Staged to delivery

Commercial commitments are tied to agreed stages rather than an open-ended consulting arrangement.

Ownership

Defined at handover

IP, source, documentation, access and ongoing obligations are set out in writing before transfer.

The standard
The terms of the engagement should be as well engineered as the system itself.
Standards alignment

Our infrastructure and systems are designed to align with GDPR, HIPAA and SOC 2 standards.

Private Client Office

Discuss a complex mandate in confidence.

Institutional inquiries are reviewed directly and scoped around the operating environment, governance requirements and desired outcome.
